Prof. Zhang is President-elect of the Chinese Allergy Society (CAS). He leads Beijing Institute of Otolaryngology and departments of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Beijing Tongren Hospital as an innovative rhinologist and allergist. Research from his group has resulted in more than 340 peer reviewed publications. He is a member of the editorial boards of several international journals, including JACI, Allergy (Associate Editor), International Forum of Allergy and Rhinology, Laryngoscope, Expert Review of Clinical Immunology.
